This patient was diagnosed with left breast cancer for which she underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate-delayed reconstruction with DIEP flaps. She initially underwent placement of pre-pectoral tissue expanders followed by exchange to bilateral DIEP flaps once healed from radiation.
