- Direct-To-Implant
This patient diagnosed with breast cancer underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with pre-pectoral direct-to-implant reconstruction. Because she had little initial breast ptosis (sagging) she was a reasonable candidate for immediate direct-to-implant reconstruction.
