This patient has a congenital asymmetry in her breasts, in which the right breast underdeveloped and was several cup sizes smaller than her left breast. She had previous breast augmentations to correct the asymmetries. She presented now with development of breast ptosis (sagging of the breasts), breast volume asymmetry, and abnormal implant location.

To correct these deformities, a revision was performed to exchange both implants, remove and revise the breast implant capsule, and lift both breasts. A 525 cc smooth round silicone implant was placed on the right and a 295 cc smooth round silicone implant was used on the left. Additional internal support was placed using a resorbable mesh.
