This patient suffered from painful capsular contractures and deformity of her breast implants after mastectomy and radiation. Her implants were converted to lumbar artery perforator flaps and internal capsule released and removed. She underwent revision for contouring and fat grafting and is seen here roughly one year after revision surgery.
