- Staged Implant-Based Reconstruction
This patient underwent right breast reconstruction with mastectomy and tissue expander insertion followed by conversion to permanent implant. Her left breast was augmented with a small implant for symmetry. The right nipple is reconstructed using a nipple-sharing procedure from the left nipple. Her implants are located in the partial sub-pectoral position
