This patient was diagnosed with recurrent right breast cancer after having prior right lumpectomy and left breast reduction for symmetry. She underwent right mastectomy with tissue expander placement followed by right breast radiation. She was then converted to bilateral DIEP flaps to reconstruct the right breast and restore her native volume in the left breast.
