This patient underwent unilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for right breast cancer. She wished to reconstruct using her own tissue from the abdomen. Even though she is then, her flap was tailored from lower abdominal DIEP perforatoring vessels, using both halves of the lower abdomen. This allowed for a low scar on the abdomen and good match of her native breast volume.
